About us
Tricycle is engaged in lead generation and lead nurture, as well as Social Selling Coaching. From the lead generation branch, we work daily to develop new business contacts for our clients. The lead nurture branch is subsequently responsible for maintaining these business contacts. The Social Selling branch works for large multinationals around the world, with a focus on the EMEA and APAC regions.
Tricycle guides big players in this new form of selling. The game of selling has changed, and we enrich the knowledge base of our clients in the area of social selling. In order to guide sales teams of large companies in the transition to more social sales, we have a guidance programme.

What does the job entail?
As a Social Selling Coach, you help to convert the marketing and sales team into Social Sellers. You train and coach sellers to optimally employ new tools like Sales Navigator to their advantage. You manage an addition to the existing sales project and ensure perfect implementation that connects seamlessly with the needs of the sales team and their customers.
We have a programme where new Sellers can join and be motivated and trained by our coaches in the new way of selling, Social Selling, over the long term.
We expect an enterprising attitude and a great deal of flexibility in order to be able to fulfil the needs of the Sellers.

What are you going to do?
As a Social Selling Coach, you are responsible for a group of Sellers who are participating in the Tricycle Social Selling programme. Raising their SSI and motivating your group of Sellers are important goals.
As a native German-speaking coach, you will handle German-language Sellers in particular.

Because we are active in the B2B market, it is important that you have an affinity for this arena. In addition, experience with teaching or coaching is desired.

Requirements
HBO/WO level
