Face to face will never be replaced! As convenient as it is to connect digitally, we are strong believers in the power of screenless interactions. Our intention is to encourage the usage of digital channels to enrich the quality of time you spend in person with your business partners. For coaches, on-site program kickoffs are always exciting! Meeting people face-to-face and getting them excited about learning is something we love. Combine that with travel and you have passion! Our coaches Eric Haar and Belinda Borck had some great opportunities this month! Read about their experience, in their own words:
”In April, my coaching journey took me once again to Dublin, Ireland for a few big presentations. On April 5th, I returned to the Microsoft office for a partner day, where I presented a short masterclass in social selling and to show the power of a focused, social media strategy. It was great to see smaller companies embracing my message of modern sales transformation and its effect upon sales and marketing.
On April 8th, I started the modern sales journey for over 250 sellers at the global IDC firm, Citrix. What made this trip even better was the amount of enthusiasm in the crowd and sharing the stage for the first time with my colleague Belinda Borck. We rocked twice the amount of energy and the audience responded by being very engaged with questions. It makes coaching a pleasure when the crowd is as interested as you are passionate. It is also inspiring to be part of change and to see it on an individual level – within a global company!!”
”The trip to Citrix in Dublin was my first time in Ireland! Walking around the beautiful city and taking in the vibe of the castle, Trinity College and St. Patrick’s Cathedral, prepared me for the day at Citrix. Eric and I were co-presenting in the morning which was a new and exciting experience. In the afternoon, I had an international group of highly engaged Citrites and together we took a deep dive into the ins and outs of digital selling. In particular, the picture and post we created together made me very proud. I am looking forward to my next trip to the North!
What’s next for Tricycle you ask? We continue our follow-the-sun model and are keep focused on reaching our ambitious goal of training a quarter-million people in the next 5 years. Of course, we are continuing to expand our programs in multiple companies around the globe.
